Who we are
wireface.dev, Wireface Desktop and Wireface core are made by Compsmart ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@compsmart.co.uk or through the contact page.
The software's licence
- Personal and non-commercial use is free, under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0 in each repository's LICENSE.md file.
- Commercial use needs a commercial licence, under the commercial licence terms.
- If these terms and a licence disagree about the software, the licence wins.
Using the website
You may read, link to and share the pages of wireface.dev. Don't use it in a way that harms it or other people: no attempts to break in, overload it or get round its security. The site's text, pictures, portraits, voices and videos belong to us unless they say otherwise.
Other companies' names and services
Claude and Claude Code (Anthropic), OpenCode, Codex and OpenAI, Gemini (Google), ElevenLabs, Twilio and the other names on this site belong to their owners. Wireface works with their products, but isn't made, endorsed or supported by them. To use them through Wireface you need your own accounts with them, you agree to their terms, and you pay any costs they charge.
Your AI agent and what it does
Wireface passes what you say to the AI agent you choose, which can run commands, change files and, if you allow it, use your computer, a web browser and a phone line. You decide what it may do: it asks before it acts unless you turn that off. You're responsible for what you allow it to do and for checking its work. AI agents make mistakes, so keep backups and review what they change.
The phone line
If you use Wireface to answer or make phone calls or send text messages, you're responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including telling callers they're speaking with an automated assistant where the law requires it, consent for calls, texts and recordings, and rules on marketing.
No warranty, and our liability
The website and the software are provided as they are, without any warranty. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from using them, including loss of data, profits or business. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law, or affects your legal rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts deal with any dispute.
