Wireface SDK Licence

The compiled @wireface/sdk, including canvas, 2D and three.js integrations, may be used without charge for personal, noncommercial and commercial purposes. You may embed and redistribute it in your applications and products, including paid products. Local character creation on your device (face detection, shape fitting, rig construction and 2D preparation), the characters it makes, local photo mapping onto the fixed mesh, expressions, rendering, animation and audio-driven lip-sync are free. There is no employee, revenue, product or device limit on these local SDK rights.

Sign-in is needed to obtain downloads and hosted rigging keys. Installed SDKs and saved characters do not require sign-in, a key, a subscription check or a licensing network connection. Keep this licence, copyright notices, NOTICE and relevant third-party licences with redistributions. No promotional attribution in your UI is required. Reselling Wireface as a standalone SDK or service requires a separate written agreement.

Hosted creation is optional and is governed by the Hosted Rigging Terms. Its account and commercial entitlements do not restrict the local SDK grants above. Desktop and Chat are separate products with their own licences.

An active hosted commercial licence includes access to the full SDK and integration source and source updates released during its term. You may inspect, modify and integrate that supplied source in your product; you may continue using those SDK modifications after source-download access expires. It does not include the hosted AI detection service's code, server infrastructure, provider keys, support commitments or future updates after the term. Do not redistribute paid source as a standalone SDK or grant others source-download access.

Your photos, application code and original content remain yours. You must have permission to use and distribute your inputs. Portable characters include baked Wireface data and MediaPipe-derived geometry; retain their embedded third-party notices. Third-party components keep their own licences, including Apache License 2.0 for MediaPipe. Nothing here limits those independent rights.

Previously granted licence, source-access and update rights continue under their original terms. This licence does not revoke, narrow or reinterpret historical purchases or licences. Archived terms remain available at https://wireface.dev/license/archive/2026-10-09/.

To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided as is without warranties of fitness, satisfactory quality or uninterrupted operation. Compsmart is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or lost data to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud and death or personal injury caused by negligence.
